Excellent farmers breakfast for all 4 of us, Bacon Sausages black pudding all excellent quality and nicely cooked, choice how eggs were cooked, I had potato cakes as an extra! This is probably the best breakfast in Southport area!! Really impressed!! Home made scones clotted cream and jam to finish with a banana milk shake!! Fantastic!! Will be backless
What a shame this place is ruined by the horrific staff they have working for them. The older lady of the 3 that was working is so rude she really doesn’t care about customers what so ever. The wait times for drinks are ridiculous for one coffee. I wouldn’t mind they have a machine that does everything for them. Food is always hit and miss these days. Often takeaway sandwiches can’t be bothered to cut them in half so your eating a full sandwich with no cutlery. I do keep coming back in the hope that the service improves but unfortunately it’s got the point where it doesn’t at all. So unfortunately due to poor management of the team I will not be returning here again. I could hear people sitting in talking about how rude the staff are. Waited 40 mins for 2 sandwichesless
Me and my friend visited today and we where served by a lady seemed to have a face on her, then ordered breakfast and asked for black pudding to be changed as we don't eat it and was told they can't swop they can take it off but you will be charged normally and if you want anything else you had to pay, when the coffees arrived you couldn't get your finger in the hole to hold the cup,this is not good as you could burn yourself having to hold the cupless
Entered today to get some take away sandwiches for some friends and was snapped at!! Got told ‘there’s a wait’ ‘a very long wait’ snapped by another lady. Then got told a 45 minute wait. Which wouldn’t have been a problem. I understand they was busy and advised the nicer girl out of the 2 I will come back later. Businesses are closing down daily and this service is not acceptable. I suggest a customer service training course. I will not be returning for a while now.less
what a find. ! had a really nice breakfast with my wife. good food at reasonable price. Staff where really friendly and efficient. Will definitely go againless
